For the Employer
When we have received a complete job description we will begin our search for your perfect employee. Compiled will be an information packet of our cautiously pre-screened candidates for your review. When you have selected the applicants you would like to meet, we will assist in arranging interview times consulting with you before and after each interview. If the potential candidate does not live in your state and meets all criteria, it is your responsibility to provide transportation to meet with you.
When your ideal applicant accepts an offer of employment, we will then provide you with an employee background check (DMV, Social Security, Criminal, Civil Litigation, and workers Comp.) and our invoice, payable in full following a one week trial period of employment.
Our fee is 15% of the employees first year gross annual salary. The Butler Did It Elite Services Inc. provides a 3 month guarantee for all positions. It is important for us to find someone that is compatible with you and/or your family. Should the employee leave the job within three months from the date of hire for any reason, we will provide an equally qualified replacement at no additional charge. Furthermore, if we find that after 3 employees cannot be to your satisfaction, The Butler Did It Elite Services Inc. will abstain from looking for any future applicants and the 15% fee you have paid will not be refunded (please call for full details).

For the Candidate
In order for you to be considered for representation by us you must meet all of the following criteria.
1. A professional resume with dates of employment.
2. Three-year minimum professional domestic experience for the position you are seeking.
3. Verifiable work references with valid phone numbers.
4. Clear knowledge and understanding of the English language.
5. Proof of ability to work within the United States.
Letters of references are not required but are highly recommended.
After the review of the initial application, qualified candidates must complete in full, our application package. When your paperwork has been completed, we will contact you for an interview with one of the owners of the company (if you don't live in Florida, we will either conduct an extensive telephone interview or arrange where to meet you).
Based on the results of the entire application process, we will match you with a suitable job. As positions become available we will contact you to arrange interviews with potential new employers. If you do not live in the state that the potential job may be in, the potential employer will arrange for your transportation
Whenever you are made an offer you are required to notify us immediately. Any and all negotiations in regards to salary, benefits, and work schedule are conducted by us. You must be aware that we are your agents, this is what we do! If you accept the job offered to you, there will be a paid one week trial period to be certain you and the employer are satisfied.
This procedure is not always done in a timely manner. Many aspects affect employment and there is no guarantee we will have a match for your needs. Please be patient and be aware we are doing our best to find the most compatible and potential long-term employment for you and your employer. We would also like to ask you to intermittently keep us informed of any changes in your employment status or other pertinent information.
Candidates who do not presently meet our standards may be kept on file and encouraged to update their qualifying information at a later date.
